A huge thank you from Lindsey Casey, MSN, RN, NEA-BC

To Our Extraordinary Nurses,

As we celebrate Nurse’s Week, I want to speak to you not only as a Chief Nursing Officer, but as someone who has dedicated 25 years to this profession—at the bedside,
in the hallways, in the hard moments and the joyful ones. I know what it feels like to show up and give everything you have. I know the weight of the responsibility you carry,
and the pride that comes with being trusted by the children and families we serve.

The impact you make is profound. You bring comfort where there is pain, support where there is uncertainty, and hope when there is fear. You advocate fiercely, you care
deeply, and you give generously. What you do matters more than words can capture, and I hope you feel that truth not just this week, but every day.

I see your commitment. I see your resilience. I see the heart you pour into every patient, every shift, every challenge, and I am endlessly grateful.

It is an honor to serve alongside such an exceptional, compassionate, and resilient profession.

Appreciatively,

Lindsey Casey, MSN, RN, NEA-BC
